Kenneth Bossard has more than thirty years of experience in Washington, D.C.-area real estate as a nonprofit housing counselor, REALTOR®, and mortgage loan professional.
He earned an MBA in Real Estate Development from The George Washington University and brings a developer’s eye to helping clients understand a property’s financial and functional potential. His mortgage background includes renovation and community lending experience, which supports close review of buyer qualification, lender execution, and appraisal risk.
Kenneth also earned an M.A. in Interactive Journalism from American University, supporting a marketing approach built around clear writing, digital presentation, social media, and technology.
